yes this has lots of Fan service,But the 2 episodes I've watched so far,I've really Enjoyed. maybe because I love DOA, and the Vollyball Scene instantly reminded me of that,I'm not interested in Gambling so I wasn't sure how much I would like this Anime,but I surprised myself. Not only does sexy Rio star in it,but they have a Cute Lolita Girl Named Mint and Rio has a pet Ferret! I also like the supporting Cast and the Battles are really Fun to watch.
Rio is a Card Dealer,who is Called the 'Goddess of Victory' by her Customers based her Good Luck,she trains another Girl who is The Opposite of her when it comes to Luck (she Destroys everything with her Clumsiness)

someone said it was a Yugi oh Ripoff! LOL um just because they're's special Cards in it doesn't make it so....if anything Yugi oh is a rip off of Digimon,which is a rip off of Pokemon :p
anyway,I really like it so far the Animation is a little too Shiny and I hate when they add "blush" on the boobs,but other than that it's Fast paced,sexy,Funny,Cute and if you have played DOA Paradise you'll appreciate this Anime More
