It Would be without a Doubt Sailor Venus,she is the Scout of Love and Beauty and Tied to the Goddess of Love! plus I love her Bubbly Personality,her looks,how she Came before Sailor Moon (and in the Manga she actually becomes the Main Scout taking over as leader when Sailor Moon becomes Princess) as Sailor V,She also has a talking Cat and I love how Twin like her and Sarena are lol
